2. Informational Use Only
Pest Pal provides educational information about pests, including AI-generated identifications, biology, behaviour and suggested control methods. The Service is not a substitute for professional pest-control, medical, agricultural or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional for severe infestations or before applying pesticides.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering, scraping at scale, attempting to bypass security, or using the Service to violate any law. You are responsible for any content you upload.
4. Payments, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pest Pal Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. 5. AI-Generated Content
Pest Pal uses AI models to generate pest identifications and related information. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not suitable as professional advice. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and for having the rights to any image or content you upload. You must not use the Service to generate unlawful content, harass others, or attempt to jailbreak the underlying models. We may filter, remove, or refuse outputs and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, text, graphics and the "Pest Pal" name and logo are the property of Pest Pal and protected by copyright and trademark law. See the Copyright & IP page for details.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of pest identifications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pest Pal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
