When you use Pest Pal™ we may process: (a) photos you upload for identification, (b) feedback you provide on identifications, and (c) basic technical data such as device type and request logs.
2. How We Use It
We use this data to provide pest identification, improve our models, maintain security, and analyse aggregate usage. Photos sent to AI providers are processed under their respective privacy terms.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with: (a) infrastructure providers (hosting, AI inference, database) strictly to operate the Service; (b) our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which processes payments, subscriptions, invoicing and tax compliance on our behalf; (c) professional advisers where necessary; and (d) authorities where required by law.
4. Retention
We retain feedback and uploaded images only as long as necessary to operate and improve the Service, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to make a request.
6. Children
Pest Pal is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
