"MyPestPal"™, the MyPestPal logo, and related names, marks, taglines and trade dress are trademarks of MyPestPal. The ™ symbol indicates a claim of common-law trademark rights; these marks are not currently registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or any foreign registry. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social handles, app names, product names, metadata, keyword advertising or marketing — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, or passing off under applicable law.

Third-Party & AI-Generated Content

Some pest imagery and reference material is generated by AI models or licensed from third-party sources. Third-party trademarks, product names and scientific nomenclature remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and educational purposes only. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.

User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of images and content you upload to the Service. By submitting content, you grant MyPestPal™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process (including via AI identification models) and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.

Permitted Use

You may view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial pest identification. Brief quotations with attribution and a link back to this site are permitted under fair use / fair dealing. All other uses — including commercial redistribution, republication or bulk data extraction — require prior written consent.

DMCA / Infringement Claims

If you believe content on MyPestPal™ infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) including: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) the URL and description of the allegedly infringing material; (4) your contact information (name, address, telephone, email); (5) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf. Submit notices through the MyPestPal contact page. Repeat infringers' accounts may be terminated.

Counter-notices may be submitted through the same channel and must contain the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
