How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the receipt from your purchase to manage your order, or contact us through the Pest Pal website and we'll help you submit the request.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through paddle.net. Once cancelled, you won't be billed again, and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
